They have been made of wool for a long time and, even though nowadays the manufacturers can use a lot of different materials, the best and most wanted rugs are made of natural wool. One of the most unusual designs for the rugs I have ever seen is the “stamp rug”.
Concept Rugs Collection

Mauro Rugs Collection
Stinging-nettle fibers are the basic material of the Mauro Collection. Wool and silk are used solely to create individual accents. Due to the choice of materials, the carpets express an untouched charm, as though left to nature.
Dark Side of the Moon Rug
Viennese designer Martin Mostböck has designed a rug inspired by the scarred surface of the moon. Called Dark Side of the Moon, the carpet was designed for Vorwork and features laser cut craters.
